The short version
Product Unlocked is an editorial publication operated by SPACE CADET d.o.o. We collect only what we need to run the newsletter, respond to messages, maintain the owner-only workspace, and—if you allow it—measure sponsor placements.
Information you provide
If you subscribe, we store the email address you submit and the subscription record needed to deliver Product Unlocked Weekly. If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply. Owner-only sign-in uses a magic-link session cookie.
Analytics and sponsor measurement
We use OpenPanel to measure visits, sessions, page views, outbound links, and sponsor placements. This can include browser and device context, referrer, and location information. We do not enable session replay. Visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK choose before analytics starts; elsewhere it is on by default and can be turned off at any time in Cookie settings. We use a separate short-lived pseudonymous browser identifier for sponsor impression and click attribution; it does not contain your name or email address and expires after one day.
Service providers
We use Vercel to host the site, Convex to operate the application database and workflows, Resend to deliver email, and OpenPanel for analytics. These providers process data only to provide their respective services.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email. SPACE CADET d.o.o., Ulica Ivana Šibla 17, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, is the controller for Product Unlocked. For access, deletion, or other privacy questions, contact hello@productunlocked.co.
